one of his best beatsThis shyt wasone of his best beats
That whole album was dope AF.we'll probably never know but I really would like to know the true work Em put in to making "his" beats.
He had a couple of joints but the majority of his beats were a miss and they've aged like milk as well.
I remember when Evidence went in on him for doing nothing to the beats.
Production time; I heard you're makin beats
But don't program the drums, don't program the keys
Don't program the bass, producer? Liar!
Doin that shyt's like hirin a ghostwriter
Well it’s obvious Dre is only as good as the people around him. He can elevate shyt and is amazing at mixing but if you just left Dre in a room alone you ain’t getting the same results.we'll probably never know but I really would like to know the true work Em put in to making "his" beats.
Same with Dre.
He produced that shyt? I didn't know...That whole album was dope AF.
True but with Dre you have the musicians and producers he worked with that moved on to work on their own music that never were able to make shyt anywhere near the level of the shyt they made with Dre (Dawaun Parker, Mel Man, Daz, Sam Sneed, Mike Elizondo, Scott Storch) so that leads me to believe Dre has more of an influence on the beats he co-produces with other musicians than Em.Well it’s obvious Dre is only as good as the people around him. Eminem’s production had a very unique and distinct style and a lot of it sounded very similar. So Im curious to who if not him was the man behind it. You could point to mr.porter/kon artis or bass brothers but their shyt sounds not much like ems stuff. It’s not like when you listen to say focus beats outside of Dre umbrella where it sounds very similar to his work with dre
Em also worked with a producer named rikanatti on some of cashi$ stuff though none of his solo productions sound anything like EmsWell it’s obvious Dre is only as good as the people around him. . So if it ain't em on production, I would have imagined beats sounding like his surfacing years ago.I don't think you give stortch enough credit. A lot of the big hits he made, Dre wasn't involved in. Dre didn't want much to do with scott after he got into drugs. According to his vlad interview he was only with Dre for a short while.True but with Dre you have the musicians and producers he worked with that moved on to work on their own music that never were able to make shyt anywhere near the level of the shyt they made with Dre (Dawaun Parker, Mel Man, Daz, Sam Sneed, Mike Elizondo, Scott Storch) so that leads me to believe Dre has more of an influence on the beats he co-produces with other musicians than Em.
No doubt Scott Storch made hits on his own but to me those hits were still nowhere on the level of the music he made with Dre musically or compositionally (Still Dre, Poppin Them Thangs, Start From Scratch) .I don't think you give stortch enough credit. No doubt, dre can elevate the talent around him. He has a great ear and can take a beat and add so many layers to it to give it a full fledged out soundTrue but with Dre you have the musicians and producers he worked with that moved on to work on their own music that never were able to make shyt anywhere near the level of the shyt they made with Dre (Dawaun Parker, Mel Man, Daz, Sam Sneed, Mike Elizondo, Scott Storch) so that leads me to believe Dre has more of an influence on the beats he co-produces with other musicians than Em.
