One of the realest records Em ever wrote.

I know people don't like the accents on most of the album. He rapped his off on Relapse.

I'd take weird accent Em over screaming rap over pop beats Em any day.

I didn't have an issue with the accent after a few minutes because he was flowing his ass off, then the cac actually listened to the idiots dissed it and switched his whole style up to this radio pop scream flow :snoop:

Those beats were perfect for Eminem, I doubt anybody else would have been able to do much with them.

I can't see anybody else riding a metallica sample like that.

:wtf: I thought the "Recovery" album was considered a better album than "Relapse"?

"Recovery" singles >>>>>>>>>>> "Relapse" singles.

Recovery was an Eminem album for Non-Eminem fans. All that TOP 40 pandering just because it ONLY sold 2 mill...smh.

Relapse is easily one of my favorite Em projects to listen to, and Dre producing the bulk of it is a big part of that. But it was not palatable to the mainstream. shyt would be like a mainstream rapper trying to release "dare iz a darkside" in the 2010's.

This was his best beat package by far and he was spitting.

No relapse was an eminem album

The rest was eminem being told what to do by jimmy

Safe stadium music

First portion, true

Second portion, "Real Slim Shady" is Eminem doing what Jimmy told him to do . .

by "Not Afraid" we must assume that Eminem is doing what he wants to do now, we assume he has the power to do so
I'll always blame the people that hyped up eminem's verse on Forever for all this yelling and corny punchlines he's done since. That's where it all started.

True -
