that's why Benzino got at him, but i don't know why he apologized for dissing Em.
Benzino needs to be paying attention to Cam vs Mase, the time is now to destroy em:mjgrin:

Somebody has to do it, is blacks gonna let Em piggy back off of their social issues being that hes done out here:beli:

Not what I was getting at, at all but you can get your jokes in.

- Whites who don't speak up about racism are seen as complicit.
- Whites who do speak up about racism run the risk of looking like they're pandering or trying to speak for black people.

Agree or disagree? Do/feel/say whatever you want in regard to Shady.
No. This is only true on the internet or perhaps in class discussions. In reality, white people are given enormous praise for speaking at all because they never do. For example, see Eminem on Trump. He didn't say anything black men haven't said all year but got enormous praise.

Cant be no worse than current Em, plus he already knocked the best version of em off balance......Everything about Em is completely off, flow, bars, style, voice and content:picard:

But again, there are plenty of white MCs who are on the socially conscious tip that does it effortlessly without trying to appear to be pandering or appeasing for black people. I never saw El-P or Zack de la Rocha come off as if they're the voice for black people. Eminem whenever he gets on his Rachel Dolezal sounds forced.... as if he is doing it more to say, "look at me, I love black people and our plight" than just addressing a social issue going on in the communities. The only other person that I say is similar is Macklemore.

Which is why I said run the risk of coming off a certain way especially if it's not your bag. That's Zack's lane, he's comfortable with addressing those topics. Mosh was one of those records but the race issue got touched on in the visuals more so than the actual song. A lot of people, on this site in particular wanted to hear from Eminem on the subject at hand...this is what he came up with. He mentions in the record that he knows the reactions are going to be mixed, as they should be.

You're always gonna have overreactions to white people doing stuff and things. But for me. I only saw the forced praise on twitter/youtube. I also saw a lot of people wondering if it was appropriate for him to say what he said.

I fux with it. Not a huge fan of the production, but it’s a nice return to form for Em on the lyrical front. Haven’t heard him ride a beat this well in a while. It’s choppy at times, yes, but at least his rhymes are more structured and don’t sound like a nonsensical string of syllables that rhyme just because. Partially restored faith in Revival not being a complete heap of trash. And he’s saying a lot of real shyt in this one. Just hope he has some better production on the album.

He apologized because he was wrong.

He tried to get at "The Industry" via Eminem. It's one thing to acknowledge that he was being used (something Em himself acknowledged), it's another to attack HIM, talk shyt about his kid and blame him for your short comings. Now he says him and Eminem sitting down would be big for Hip Hop and could help further bridge the racial divide.

I think if he had that perspective back then...rather than corny/XXL/Source Beef, he could made the kind of connection with Em that he says he would like to have now. Hindsight is 20/20. Benzino was making some valid points about the industry but he didn't have to use Eminem to get them off.

Y'all missing the point. This ain't even for black folks.

He knows who the majority of his fans are right now.

This is him speaking to them. And I think it's good. More white people need to be telling these cacs how vile they are. It shouldn't be up to us to tell them.

The majority of his fans are like him... liberal whites with that GET OUT mentality. Want to be us so-bad that if the option is to steal our consciousness and claim as theirs is open they would be in front in line to take it.

Jeff Bass Explains Estranged Eminem Relationship

So he pretty much told them he wasn't interested in working with them anymore. :snoop:

It even says here that it was hard for them to work with him at first because he wasn't musical like that and they couldn't understand him but they were able to make tracks he could connect with emotionally.

And this is why he' fukking garbage now 97% of the time

When Em connects with something he can literally light it up better than anyone I've ever heard

But he doesn't have that connect anymore. I honestly think he went soft after proof died and raising his daughters just changed him.

He tried to push out relapse and realized that just wasn' him anymore, the pop shyt worked so he' doubled down on it ever since.
