Unless y'all govt employees better be careful, WFH gang can fukk around and get their jobs outsourced to India/elsewhere, especially bas internet continues to improve globally.

Words can't express how pissed I am right now breh.

I've been wfh full time since March 2020. Just got word today that we're going back in October 3 days a week in the office 2 days wfh.

I don't really like this job anyway so I've been trying to look for another one since February of this year. Haven't had any luck though.

Why can't they do an entire week hybrid?.....instead of chopping it up within the same week.

1 week in/1 week at home....or whatever.

That's going to kill morale within the company. You ain't the only one bothered by this at your company.

Doesn't make any sense. I'm a government employee though. It differs between agencies. I'm trying to leave this one now. But it's not easy. The hiring process can take months.

I should have left this callcenter job months ago but this WFH isnt letting me. :wow:

These nikkas aint seeing me at the office no more. Last week they asked who wanted to come for a teambuilding event i mailed them “imma pass”

once they start talking about coming back im out. Ill do 1 day and thats it , if they want more then that im quitting. The pay sucks, the job sucks but the peace of mind that i get from WFH is just:wow:
