They think he's just average because he is. His physical tools are not great especially his arm strength

Greg Cosell who watches tape on all these cats put it best. He's not gonna win or lose a game for you he's decent but not a guy who's ever gonna carry an offense.
Teddy has won games for us though :ehh:

In not saying he can't drive down the field and win a game I'm saying he's not a guy who is gonna completely carry an offense

I'm not shytting on the dude i think he's fine I just don't ever seeing him being elite

At this point that's all he needs to be or has to do:manny:. He's been lowkey game manager status so far but it works with the squad he got around him

Dont need him to be elite right now. Vikes got a top 2 defense, the GOAT RB, and a decent receiving corp. Just make plays and dont completely be a fukk up out there cause the team is talented

Plus for all his physical shortcomings he's money in the fourth quarter and tough as fukk. Teddy takes a LOT of hits quiet as kept. We aint been 6-2 since Favre was here and Teddy has a lot to do with that.

Honestly at this point all we really need/want him to do is just improve and start hitting on his downfield throws. He's got every other tool a QB need to be elite except arm strength but we've seen QB's overcome that

Like I said in another thread, Teddy's struggles are not all on him...

Dude has been taking a beating all season long...When your QB is catching concussions on 3 step drops you have a serious Oline problem...

In comparison Carr is the fewest sacked QB in the league and he also has better receivers...Not trying to take anything away from Carr with that, dude has been balling out and making all the throws but the facts are facts...I would like to see what Teddy can do with a competent Oline...

Lol & the Carr shyt. Let them both be great, the NFL needs its next crop of 4-5 ELITE QBs, not just the ok-good ones. It'll be great if they both ascend.
