of course you dont. odds are you're a broke college student(18-23) or you're a teen that still lives at home with your parents. the ps4 was $100 cheaper. guess who ran to go get that? kids and broke college dudes.
who else got a ps4? parents buying the cheapest system they could find for their kids.
who else? grown men that are super gaming heads. (not your average grown man gamer). this guy is looking for 100FPS at 4k 3D. So he will only choose a machine that he believes will give him the best specs. even though you can barely tell the difference between two games on either console. but this guy also bought the xbox too. because thats what grown men super gamers do. they blow money on both systems.
so do the math. everyone YOU know will only have a ps4. it only makes sense. everyone i know has a xbox one, except for people on here. you know why? because i hang out with grown men that are average gamers. not super gamer heads that buy both systems and will have 40 games to play.

they are tittering on the line of TVset box/gaming console. 50/50
doing that pissed off gamers. and it will always piss off gamers. the same thing happened to sony. the difference is. sony has a known issue with being to forward thinking for their own good. see the Vaio with a 1000 different connections. that was ahead its time. but no one hopped on it because it was so far ahead no one cared to use all those connections and we darn sure didnt need them at that time. but things are different now. computers did start coming with SD slots, usb slots, etc all in one box. of course now they are becoming more and more wireless. so xbox is now venturing into sony territory. are you to early? i say no. they are right on time. You know what i see people doing now? people have 2 monitors going why? not to work on stuffUnless you're a graphic designer or making videos/music. but they are using one side to surf the net. the other side to do something else like watch netflix.
thats basically Snappin in a nutshell. we are all becoming more and more Multi-Taskers.
I always mess with my wife cause she's on her phone, while watching TV, while her little pad(samsung) is open ready to go. i'm like what are you doing with all of that at once? lol. who knows. doesnt matter. thats how she gets down. and thats how a lot of people do it. xbox knows this. xbox made a choice to gear their console towards that demographic. what they didnt understand is they are in a special area of GAMING. where you have this demo called GAMERS. super GAMERS. they only want a box to play games and nothing else. or else they fear your system will suffer from those other things being a focus. so they will automatically revolt from you and go to the competitor that just has a nice gaming box. if MS really knew what they were doing. they should've been dual marketing their box not to just gamers but casual people as well. Women. dudes that might toss on madden every blue moon if they get time. the guy that has the change to blow on a 70inch ultra thin LED SMART TV. thats your demo also. not just gamers who may want extras.
but that was MS' error. they might clean it up and go 100% gaming in a new version of the console, who knows. you have to give them a little credit. yall cried about stuff and they actually changed it. thats one thing he said they would do in this article. so who knows. if yall cry enough thru your wallets and mouths. perhaps it will be the end of kinect altogether as well as all the extra stuff it was designed to do. and they could just go with a gaming box. or SPLIT the two machines up. have one with more power for gaming and one built to do both(slightly less power for gaming but a great all around box). the one issue with that is how will developers develop these cross platform games? if they boost the graphics to match the ps4 and the turbo all gaming only xbox. what will happen with the game on the multipurpose box?
