Yeah, people will sell their souls just for a slight above average lifestyle. Some people in STEM are underpaid, but they refuse to talk about that.

yup....., they did a study...white convicts get hired before black grads with no record......I gotta degree and work a shytty job and my cac manager promoted some inbred hick over me even tho I'm good @ what I do, I'm over qualified and brought skills that changed the our district policy because other stores couldn't keep up with the shyt I was doing, I single handily changed the culture of the dept and position, won quality awards and grossed over 500.000 in sales when I was the leader....yet I still had to go over that cac head to get promoted.....I couldve cured cancer and he still probably wouldn't promote me....piece of shyt....cacs r evil, that's why as a black person U GOTTA HUSTLE...PERIOD!!!!!!!, always try to be the best @ what u do, dont let the fight go to the judges, if ur black u gotta score the knockout.....thank got I know how to hustle...I started a business and gaining clients weekly

They need to tell their folks that they have money saved up and they're going to New York, Los Angeles, Houston, hell Louisville, KY. Go somewhere where no one wants to be, get their rep up then return in a few years. They can send money back. Trust I wasted YEARS in Miami and suppose to been moved. I could have been much further now.

Trust I rather love my work and not the job.
People don't see that. If you not working for 6 figures and stunting on the less fortunate, it means that you are worthless.
Should also stress the importance of Internships/Co-OPS while your in college. I keep tellin my youngns to get in on those early and network like a mofo. I interned with BNY Mellon during my junior summer of college in their Atlanta office, and was able to get a full time job with them after I graduated and moved to New York. My regular ass Degree from my Regular ass college was no match for the people I was working with on Wall Street, I know for a fact I wouldn't have been there if it wasn't for that internship.
Don't get lost in the books for 4 years that you forget to get some real world experience in the meantime.

cacs are running out of excuses for their justification on why things are so uneven....pretty soon they might have to be honest for once and say"we hate u n1ggers"
I found out alot about the world working in these low end jobs...the myth that cacs are smart and hardworking is a BIG myth...these motherfukkers are lazy and stupid but they just have power and just help each other stay in power with nepotism ....All the blacks I know are the best workers...these dumb cacs ran the district into the ground...now all the stores are closing...hahahaha back when I was a young dumb kid, I though cacs were actually just smarter....these mothers fers are idiots and hide behind their degrees, wealth ....these motherfukkers dont got no common sense...thats why if ur a strong black person, its easy to influence...they never had to face the adversity we had to face
