Ever disregard your coaches instructions?

All the damn time. That's why I quit playing school sports and just played travel ball. Too many agendas/politics.

Travel ball was basically like "My folks paid for this shyt and you do want to win right? Aight let me do what I want and we'll be fine. I'm playing where I want to." The players ran that team and we won probably 85% of our matches and multiple tournaments every season.

I'd hear parents on the sideline complaining like "I thought he (me) was supposed to be playing center back, why is he up front? That's where my son is supposed to be" meanwhile were all having the time of our lives because were winning like 7-1 every match.

In HS during a football game the coach called a run play. The QB saw the coach play and called protection for the run. But this nikka ended up throwing the ball to the Wide Reciever that didn't know he was supposed to be running a route. Of course the other team caught the pic can't remember if it was a pick 6.

Mind you the QB smoked before the game he was high a a kite. Coach was like..

We got blown out that game of course too.
