Does this work out pretty well for you? I've been going really hard for the past few months bulking (3 hard days/week) and I've put on close to 20 lean, solid lbs. Been making great strength and size gains but my elbow's been killing me.![]()
I've been debating taking a few days or a week off to recover everything but I kind of fear losing my gains. I've taken a week off before in college and it actually worked out pretty well but I wasn't bulking then. Maybe I'll take this week off.![]()
I just posted about this in the random thoughts. Taking a week off was the best thing ive done. I came back lifting heavier on almost everything across the board. Rest isnt a bad thing
