So much this. I think it was sunday lol I hadn't eaten for hours, and I was hungry and dizzy and weak as fukk.

Got through half my routine and was all
:huhldup: "Go home, you are DONE"

I was barely moving half the weight I normally do. and yesterday I was fine....:yeshrug:

Try working out with a hangover. It's pure will power. I just drink a cup of coffee and push through. I find i feel alot better once my heart rate goes up and the blood starts flowing.
