I disabled the CEO and company founders AD account after a team lunch and a few too many red wines.

I was meant to reset the password or unlock it because his phone was getting locked One of those ones where you feel your heart beat in your stomach.
breh... :wow: :sadcam: my heart was pounding the heavy hittters already hate my team and try to get us in trouble
fortunately i've never seen a ticket from the CEO. i ain't ready for that pressure.

Worked at a Walgreens when I was in college. My shift was overnight and I would get locked in, not sure if that was even legal.

Anyway, common practice was to grab a 6-pack and drink some beer while stocking the shelves.

One night, I was salty cause Trinidad was fighting Vargas and I was missing it. I ended up having a bit too much to drink.

All I remember is the store manager, who opens the store in the morning, waking me up (I was laid out, like a snow angel, in the middle of the aisle).

Didn't realize it was actual customer email addresses in a QA environment and triggered a workflow that sent them all emails. It was within my first few weeks at this spot too. Funny enough I ended up leaving because they were flying a bit too loose. Trying to make changes directly in prod, no testing, etc. The worst of start up culture.

I work in live TV production for a channel you may have watched before. And yes there has been plenty of embarrassing errors that went out on the air under my direction. I'm talking things like the wrong shyt popping up in a wall or monitor next to a reporter for their hit. The reporter has to just go on and talk like nothing is happening while dealing with the confusion. You don't know a tough business with lots of pressure until you've done live entertainment.

The management team failed itself.

There’s no way something can be that important without the facility having multiple controls to prevent that hazard.

Also, there’s no way something can be that important without constant reminders of how important that area is to the entire staff.

Whoever is in charge of their emergency response program or loss control management system should be fired. :camby:

Don’t give any details, brehs…

that 1 I can't go into detail with lol.....

but yea I have I'll give a few...

as a teen I almost lost a job for messing around with a co-worker. turns out she had a boyfriend and he started showing up to the job. cut if off with her and stalked talking to another girl there; she got aggy. ratted me out for dumb shyt and they threatened to fire me. I quit.

years later I was training some1 different gig. I knew they weren't shyt. kept catching them doing BS. always full of excuses and zero accountability. terrible performer. I tried to warn them thinking that was enough. well it wasn't. his wreclessness resulted in him getting hurt. He get hurt doing the same thing I caught him doing prior and warned him about. Looking back I should have just elevated it. It would have prevented him getting hurt; cut dead weight; and I wouldn't have the stain of someone under me getting hurt.
