I was listening to O and A to see their take on the George Zimmerman trial.

I heard Norton get confused as Opie and Anthony coded up after their guest posed to them the question of whether they'd confront someone following them.

He was questioning why they went for the answer the guest was leading them to. You could practically hear the lightbulb slowly brighten as he finally understood what they was doing and just rolled over with the crowd.

Sometimes you’ll catch a CAC slippin’ or at their most vulnerable state. Usually happens when they’re drunk and they start singing like a canary. Revealing ugly truths within white society thinking they can trust you. When I used to drive for a Lyft/Uber I had a cac passenger (tipsy) tell me that at his firm the director refuses to hire to many black people, no matter how qualified they are. He told me they hold interviews w/ nikkas just for laughs and to say they “attempted” to hire a black person. He admitted most white dudes get on due to nepotism, connections, fraternities etc. wasn’t blown away by the info but it was interesting hearing it from the horses mouth.

I've been in HR/ Recruiting for 10 plus years- it starts with the name on the resume or a school to tip them off

Speak for yourself, my area is almost 100% minority i only encounter white people at the store and once in a while at a restaurant they keep to themselves and we keep to ourselves and i wouldnt have it any other way, yall really be around white people like that?

I had a coworker of mine who was white/Hispanic that was from Oak Cliff, Dallas. Dude had a black ex-wife and identified more with black culture.

He would tell me some wild shyt about white people getting too familiar with him and them talking about blacks. He would then drop "My kids are black..." then they would backtrack. Other times he would let them keep talking because they thought he was "white".

One of my boys is a white passing biracial. He and his brother used to have braids when they were younger, so you could see the texture, and know they had something in them, but once he grew up and cut that hair off, and went bald

I had a white girl complain to me about not wanting to go to her white friend's bachelorette party, because she'd be the only white girl in the room at a Latin club The friend was marrying a Dominican, and the rest of the bridal party was Latina. I had to remind her the friend is also white, and she wouldn't be the only white girl there. I figured if she felt that way about Latinos, you know she feels worse about blacks.

Breh I work at one of the biggest hospitals in Toronto and when I attempted a director/ manager meeting I was the only black person out of like 75 ppl

We all know a company would not hire 10 qualified black male candidates in a row. Unless it was a Sports franchise.

I’ve had interviews where I knew I had no chance.
