In Detroit there is very little interracial dating. 98% of the couples I see are dating their own race. Lots of people fled Detroit for Atlanta, Dallas and L.A in the 1970's and 1980's and the way cost of living has increased in California, Texas and the Atlanta area...some of those people might have to come home. Plenty of government jobs available in Michigan...if you can read and pass a drug test.
