It’s been a big year for Roy, who released his Waking at Dawn album in July. Just two days ago, he unveiled a music video for “Go Go Go” off his 2015 EP Exis.

Justine Skye is prepping for a big 2017, and to get a jump start on the new year, the buzzing R&B singer debuts her surprise new EP 8 Ounces.
“Eight ounces is the average weight of the female heart,” Justine told Genius. “Now that I’m 21, I’m meeting different people from different parts of the world and I’m figuring out myself more and figuring out guys more. This whole EP is my diary of situations that I’ve gone through since my last project.”
Skye worked closely with The-Dream on the material, who acted as her confidant and co-writer, while Tricky Stewart also contributed to the production. “The-Dream was like my diary,” she explained. “I would sit there and talk his ear off about all my guy situations; he would just turn my stories into songs.”
The 9-track project includes one feature from Wale on “Fun.” You can stream Justine Skye’s 8 Ounces below, and pick it up on iTunes now.
