A lot of deals made are DEALS, not forced negotiations. A lot of times the company reaches out to Sony and others, makes an offer and then someone responds. Spider-Man was almost a Xbox only game but Microsoft declined the offer and they went with Sony.

It's not still at all, if you can say with your chest that exclusives are the reason people buy Consoles, and in particular PlayStation since that's it's thing. Then these 1st party and 3rd party PlayStation exclusive should have attach rates like GTA and Madden and COD

Bruh, it's not an all or nothing ordeal. It's not EVERYONE BUYS A CONSOLE FOR EXCLUSIVE OR NO ONE.

There's different demographics. There's people that own PS5s that barely play games, there's people that buy it just to play a few games,there's people that buy it for GTA, there's people that buy it for their COD fix along with the occasional AAA title. Everyone is different. Saying that system sellers aren't a thing while simultaneously downplaying sales by trying to claim they're "bundles" is nasty work.
