Man if I gotta do all that what’s the point of paying $90 a plate. fukk outta here b. Good thing I didn’t pay a dime tho. Coulda went to outback if I gotta do all them extras. Got NY strip. Was good. Not great. But my expectations were high as fukk so maybe I’m not being fair.

I don’t care for NY Strip, not as flavorful or tender as the Ribeye.

Outback is not touching a legit steakhouse. The thickness of the steaks doesn’t compare and Outback loads them up with salt to overcompensate for not having that prime marbling and flavor.

And what happens if no one orders well done steak?

Bazaar Meat in Vegas, Chicago, Miami and soon to be LA is the best steakhouse in America imo. they have several options of Japanese A5 wagyu along with other good cuts of American steaks, great raw bar, and a mindbending menu of molecular gastronomy (gotta get the wagyu Philly cheese steak bread, foie gras cotton candy)

I went to the one in Las Vegas last year, it was pretty expensive but about on par with all the other steakhouses price-wise, depending on what you got. I did try a place called Slater's and had this thing called a whaleburger :wow: best fukkin burger I ever had in my life. shyt was 100.00 and big enough to split with my girl.

Contrary to whatever you believe, you don’t have the setup to cook steaks the same way they do.

Of course you don't have a restaurant set up at the crib but that doesn't mean you can't make an amazing steak at home. A cast iron pan, a high quality cut of beef, not skimping on salt/butter/herbs, and the right technique can get you close.

Hell, I've made better Ribeyes than I've eaten at some spots. Other cuts I probably wouldn't attempt.

You ordered NY Strip:ufdup:

Strip and Filet are both wack to me. One doesn't have enough marbling and the other has little fat so it's bland. You can't go wrong with a Ribeye.

Just went to one for work and that shyt was bland and we had to share sides. 4 $90 a plate I expected better. It was good not great. If this came outta my own pocket I would’ve been pissed. Only benefit was not being around the poors.

Maybe I think it’s overrated because I don’t take pics of my food to make my friends jealous?
