Great analysis there :mjlol:. The 90's went and brainwashed your dumbass. Yeah a team with harden and Russ and KD ain't shyt, a 67 win team that's best offense and defense in the league ain't shyt. A 73 win team ain't shyt. That second rockets team didn't even win 50 games and that second and third Spurs title team was trash outside of Duncan. Bird's Celtics beat Houston in both of those other finals they won. Can you name anyone besides Hakeem or Moses on them? shyt that Moses team had a losing record. You're gonna need a semi coherent argument on this one, and you clearly don't have it.

Harden/Russ/KD were like 21 yrs old :bryan::bryan::bryan::bryan:

First the Warriors are on par with Showtime, and now you talking about a baby faced OKC team with choking ass KD who just bandwagoned to a team in his finest Bron fashion :gladbron:

Bron stans are fukking idiots. The nikka is like top 5-8 players all time, but y'all nikkas can't even give a inch. nikka had the biggest choke job ever in 2011 but i bet you can't even concede that neither:skip:

Bird teams beat better teams than LeBron teams. Period. The Warriors of today wouldnt beat none of those older team with no big men and weak ass Curry getting locked up easily and shytted on on defense. Period

Either way i don't feel like spending all day with this. You from Brooklyn with a Miami screen name hyped up about Bron winning a title for Cleveland :mjpls: i know your type well:ld:

The Oklahoma guys were 23. The biggest choke job a star has ever turned in was 2004 Kobe if you're looking to single handedly put the blame on one guy. Take 6 more shots a game than Shaq and still score 4 less per game than him :scust:. Those Celtics best opponent from 81-83 was either a Milwaukee Bucks team or a pre Moses 76ers team. They beat Detroit once and beat Los Angeles once, so unless you're trying to hype up an old Philadelphia team with a washed up Julius Erving or a Washington bullets team or maybe the 8 seeded bulls or Knicks, those Celtics really only have 2 impressive series wins all decade. Most of these old teams didn't even know how to rotate on defense and damn near none of them were capable of shooting 3's. As for my name, I moved to Brooklyn this summer and since your dumbass can't be bothered to fact check and instead wants to just loudly Stan the 80's and 90's without even trying to know the game or the opinions of the forum, I was rooting for the Warriors to win.

all i know is bird would never have left cleveland and brought
Rookie bird was on the same team with multiple hall of fame players in an era where free agency didn't even exist. At least put a little effort into your spam trolling. Why would anyone leave a team balanced enough that even with bird averaging 15 a game on 40% shooting they still win?

I mean you can skew stats in a lot of ways, especially simple counting stats like total points but anyone who has watched both players knows they are both all one greats but LeBron is way better.

Not to mention, how much of a force McHale was in his prime and how that benefitted Bird a lot.

Better stats? Yes cause he might be the greatest stat padder :lolbron:

Better defender than Bird? No
Better shooter? No
Better passer? No
more clutch? no :russ:

Bron def better defen.
Bird was a very intelligent position defender in his prime and did a good job getting deflection but LeBron was on another level and still is when he gives Max effort as we saw in the finals. Where he dominated on that end.

Passing is also a toss up and I'd honestly give an all around edge to Bron but it's close. Bird was more creative, really had some beautiful plays but I think Bron is more well rounded as a passer (tho some of that has to do with the evolution of the game)

Of course Bird was a more skilled scorer/shooter but when you look at that advantage that Bird has in that aspect and compare it to the advantage Bron has as an athletic specimen, it's no contest

Also "clutch" Is overrated. Research has shown that there is no such thing as being "good" at game winners. The stars get the most shots so we remember the ones they make in memorable games, that are made memorable by the fact that they made the shot. It's a simoltenous relationship.

No one is gonna shoot a high percent on an Iso 35 feet away from basket and 5 sec left. The guys that have a Better or worse percentage in those situations are mostly victims/beneficiaries of small sample size. These moments don't happen often enough to make an educated evaluation of who is good in these moments and who isn't. Further more games are won and lost over the course of 48 min not 5 seconds. You can go thru any game and see def mistakes that players made and resulted in easy buckets that had just as much impact on the final score.

"Bird" himself beat the Lakerrs?

Can you get past this player beat team bullshyt? The Celtics had multiple HOFamers....four on the court at once. Bron surrounded by 3 HOFamers would no doubt have a chance to play on a team beating the Lakers. You badly want to say "bird beat the lakers" when the CELTICS beat the Lakers you back to all caps posting clown.

You're not a Laker fan at ALL to be posting this bullshyt

LET ME REPHRASE FOR YOUR SIMPLE ASS.... A TEAM LED BY LEBRON WOULD NOT BEAT THE SHOWTIME LAKERS. PERIOD.

Showtime never won 73 games. Bron beat a team that did, and don't act like the lakers didn't get to pad their record in a western conference so bad that 3 different teams reached the western conference finals with a losing record in the 80's :umad:

SHOWTIME WOULDA WON 82 GAMES IN THIS ERA

MORE IMPORTANTLY, MAGIC WOULD NEVER CHOKE IN THE FINALS THE WAY STEPH DID
