I feel like there's a insecurity about toughness...because we know how NBA players like to act hard and talk about being soft....but you're playing basketball....aint nobody gonna hit you. I played football growing up. The games were fun I admit that but I received more mental/physical growth from playing Basketball and Baseball than football. Basketball and baseball made me break out of my shell and forced me to interact with people who I otherwise wouldn't.
