I think the Raw with that Rock segment got the highest overall rating for a show, maybe that's why people say it's the biggest rating ever.

10 million people though, damn
It's pretty cut and dry if you take the quote for face value. Both are impressive as hell either way though :whew:

Yo, Edge is a savage... can his TSC nickname be SavEdge? :lupe: The shyt being posted/referenced in here :wow: I was wrong and the wrestling gods shall punish me accordingly. :mjcry: I'll check out the Cena match for sure.

For the record I returned in late 2009/10ish, so all I saw was his :flabbynsick: run. What did HHH to fukk up Edge's run? And what Rated-RKO moments/matches should I revisit? Is the whole run worth watching?
No punishment. Everyone knows that hindsight is 20/20

OP, you should check out No Way Out 2009 if you haven't seen it. He showed his ass that night, figuratively :whoa:

Nah, the highest rated overall show was the 5/10/99 Raw, which did an 8.1 rating. WCW was pre-empted by the NBA playoffs and the main event was Austin, Rock, and Vince vs. Undertaker, HHH, and Shane. At the time it was the most watched non-sports/news or movie broadcast in the history of cable:wow:

I'd guess SNME from the 80s was broadcast tv and didn't count towards the cable number, right? Cause I think they were pulling down high ratings in the teens.

Correct. The most watched Wrestling program period was The Main Event, which had Hogan/Andre II and the title change controversy. That was on NBC.

He had a good run from 2006 with his classic fued with Cena all the way up to the undertaker fued.

With that being said Edge is one of the most overrated wrestlers of the last 15 years. How he got in the wwe hof so fast is disgusting.:yeshrug:
