You don't read well, that is why you can't grasp that the whole section explains why the rate is what it is and why claiming black promisciuity is rising or pathological is flat out false.

Because if the option is between a man who turns her on and a man who can offer her the bare minimum (food and a place to stay, maybe a lil spending money) she's going with the man who turns her on. If your physique is holding you back, work on that. If your mouth game is lacking that can be fixed too. not taking care of kids is not exclusively a "hood dude" issue, like how do you not know this? I've known nikkas who left the kids' mother with the kids and barely helped her financially even though they were making around 70-80k at the time and could afford to help. They just didn't care. So no, the dudes definitely aren't always some thug nikka, some of them are not thugs, have decent or good careers, seem good on paper etc but are just selfish dudes.
Another reason i don't like when brothers say that, you're basically making it sound like women "should know beforehand" that a black man is likely to leave her a single mother. What you're saying is that women should expect black men to not to be there to raise his children and therefore should avoid procreating with us altogether. You might not realize it but that's how you make it sound when you keep repeating this, "they should've known better!" shyt. What are the rules, if he has a white collar he's automatically going to stay there and raise his kids?
I know dudes who were doing shyt like flying out to other countries to fukk hoes and riding around in expensive whips, eating at nice restaurants, wearing expensive clothes etc while their kids mom was doing everything on their own for his kids. They didn't give a fukk.
This is gonna make some brehs mad (the truth always does), but you can't even act like it's just black women that this is happening with, because black men are doing the same stuff to the white and latina women that we have children with. Definitely not creating jobs for our kids, but also not even doing the basic thing of marrying the mother and raising the child with her in a 2-parent household. That is a very BASIC thing and a lot of us refuse to do it, regardless of the race of the mother. We're leaving chicks of all races single mothers to raise our kids, and this is happening not just with black women but with non black women too. Is that everybody elses fault as well? Should all women of all races "know better" and just stop fukking with us altogether to avoid becoming a jaded baby mama raising a kid by herself?

I feel you, but that's why its so important for the men who wouldn't do this to step their game up so they can compete with the men who do. Its not a zero sum game everybody can't be saved. Some women are still gonna have babies with dudes that leave and some good dudes are gonna pick the wrong woman who'll bail on him and break his heart. But if more good dudes could attract women and raise intact families that's a net positive for the community

These nikkas don't wanna hold themselves to whether their shoes are tied together in the morning I don't think they're ready for this.
To be fair tho a single parent isn't always made by a man leaving the woman. There are mutual breakups and women leaving men in spite of it fracturing the family.
But these nikkas need to understand that a statistic is made of of hundreds of different stories and contexts. pretending all the black women that are single moms w/ no help had babies with all thug and jody nikkas is inaccurate

The reason the rate of black people having out of wedlock babies has doubled is because white republicans weren't counseling black married couples to spit out 10 children each yall! You don't have to wear condoms or be responsible, just ask the white man to force black wives to risk their lives having 10 kids each so we don't look bad!
It's the white mans fault he didn't teach me to raise my kid, start a family or wear a condom.

FAct is black population has increased, the absolute number and rate of unmarried children in black unmarried women and black teens and young black women has dropped from the 70s to the present, to the point that its the lowest rates recorded.
