13 pages in and nobody has mentioned the fact that why hasn't the mother saved up any cash for her other two kids when she knew school was coming?? Why is she depending on his money to get school supplies for her other two kids. If she isn't going to get their dad or dads to do their part she should be making that happen herself. Spending his money on all the kids should be her last resort not her first option.

Your dreams
The bold is so fukking ridiculous and it happens all the damn time in custody cases in certain states...

Prime reason why I :martin: when I hear folk say men don't want custody...Why would I want to pay pay double or triple what it would cost me to raise my kid if I had custody? I wouldn't have to work two jobs if I wasn't getting raped for baby mamma support...In the case of an athlete they paying over 1000% more than what it would cost them if the kid was in their custody and they hired a nanny for away games...

I know a dude that had an iron clad prenup that stipulated his wife would be left with nothing including the kids which would remain in his custody...Judge tossed the prenup out because she said he forced her to sign it which there was NO EVIDENCE whatsoever to backup that claim...It was literally he said, she said and judge tossed out a legally binding contract on that because she felt sorry for the woman...This is the shyt men have to deal with in states like NY and Cali...

I don't blame the judge for tossing out something so stupid. His attorney should have advised him against a clause as stupid as "giving up kids in case of divorce".

It was a stupid a$$hole clause. He would have been better off settling a set amount on her and having joinelt custody.

Your logic here is asinine, the contract she signed stipulated if she has no means of providing for the children, they will remain in the family home...

How is that stupid?:what:

Stupid would be giving custody of the kids to someone who can't even take care of themselves and has no place to live...

Stupid enough for the judge to throw it out.

Im on both side...

He has the right to be mad..

She did the right thing...

At the end u did a child with her...live with it or get ur kid the stuff urself cuz she has the right to care fornher other kids too.

This.

The kids live together. :yeshrug:Siblings need to have each other back.

He should've not seeded her. It's too late. But I understand him but it's his fault for being in this mess.

The contract was never thrown out over that clause simpleton, it was thrown out because the judge felt bad for the woman...

That is not a legal basis to throw out a legally binding contract, hence why dude appealed the ruling...

They ended up settling because she didn't have the money to go through a lengthy appeal process and the kids remained with him per their choice...
