I know a mother of 3 kids with different fathers. I was in the process of bagging her ( when she was on kid 2) but I fell back since I knew something like this could happen. I didn't want to risk it.
So another dude who was good to all the kids got her pregnant and she left him. But he caught on and started only to take care of his kid. He would give her enough only for his son or come pick him up, feed him at his place and drop him back off while the other kids were hungry.

I don't care what you believe and I don't know what was stated on the record as that's not my business...
All I know is the contract itself wasn't the issue, as I said in the post you initially quote, it was her word versus his word, she claimed she was forced to sign it and the judge believed her...The ruling was appealed on the grounds there was no legal basis for the judge to throw out the contract on he said/she said and they settled...shyt bias judges like this are very common in divorce hearings, their rulings get appealed all the time...If the appeal had no chance of going through, her lawyer would of never initiated settlement talks...

What if his kid with her is the oldest and she had other kids later on? That’s an important missing piece of this scenario
