Just buy the kid what he needs, and keep the receipts. Folks make stuff complicated for no reason.
So by this logic if he sets up a college fund for his kid all the other kids should get to use it, if he gives his son a car at 16 she could let all the other kids use it...nah life isn’t fair but it’s on her to go to the other men to support their children. This dude isn’t a bank for the family, he’s not their stepdad not nothing.

If a man can show he’s better equipped to take care of his children, he can get primary physical custody. But it seems most men only fight to not pay child support and get some time with the children. A lot of them never fight for the children to live with them as their base home because a lot of men feel the children should be with their mother or don’t want that much responsibility. They prefer to be weekend parents. While they just see them occasionally and get mad that they have to still support the home they are no longer apart of.
They don’t wanna hear that tho
Exactly... there’s way more cases of men being pissed at paying child support or not seeing their children often enough then men actually fighting for custody and losing.

Why even give her the money? Just buy the stuff for your kid yourself and send him with the receipt. Make a copy of the receipt and if shyt hits the fan, take it up with the judge

This is kind of goofy though. Judge ain't going to name the father as the custodial parent just because the mom is broke.

The mother would have to be in dire circumstances for the court to award the father custody. If it's just a situation where the father's income is higher but the mother's home is a decent environment it ain't happening.

Getting custody involves more than just money..
Let’s be real... in most relationships, the women takes on the role as the primary parent in the child’s life.. A lot of men just give financial support and certain times where they spend it with their children which is why when the relationship ends, the women continues to be the primary parent while the man continues to provide the financial support. That’s why women typically get custody because they are the main parent in their children’s lives.. whether they have a job or not, so the children are usually put with the parent that is their primary caretaker unless there’s other circumstances that makes that a bad idea...
If both parents want custody of the children then each has to prove that the child would be better taken care of for all their wants and needs with a particular parent.
Most men aren’t fighting for that..
