Pay attention FBA, these outsiders are telling you that you are doing nothing in your community - that they never visit.

They think their priorities are above yours even when they just crossed over the border and can't speak English. They ain't paid no taxes :francis:

Dude said 100K like that's peanuts. I'm sure some Woodlawn residents could have used that 100K.

If you got $10,000 and give a homeless person $1 it is peanuts.

The city budget is $14BILLION, if they spent $100k on this, it's peanuts.

They are legally seeking asylum. You’re right, there is a legal procedure to that, but they are being systematically robbed of due process by republicans using human being as pawns for political leverage. Ironically it is the GOP contributing to the problem they are supposedly against, as once these individuals miss their court dates they effectively become “illegal.”

And another thing, Biden has vowed to expand a government program allowing 30,000 migrants per month from countries such as Haiti and Cuba:

You’re a crybaby. Dude makes a topic with zero input with the intent of circlejerking to a play. :heh:
You think this shyt is funny. I don't.

Really? Because starting a thread just to complain seems counterproductive.

It’s funny how this forum drones on and on with negativity but there is rarely ever any solutions beyond the juelzing and outright racism being expressed.

Clearly you feel strongly on this subject but you offer no insights. Why is that?

:francis: you came in here saying reconquista like the lives of Black Americans in Chicago is a game. This thread wasn't to complain but to spread the news to fellow Black Americans on what is happening in our community.

Just throwing back the same tried and true rhetoric of the locker room. When other communities have problems, it’s always veiled in nativism and addressed as a no problem for the black community. Not that is an unfair position to take, but it’s not right to cry foul when that attitude is reciprocated.

Lol. I live in south Texas, two hours away from the border. This is nothing new to me.

Not trying to be a dikk but asylum from what? A bad economy? If so adding additional labor to the equation will drive down wages especially for low skilled workers. This does not help most black people.

LOL.. You didn't answer my question though. And south Texas isn't Chicago. Thanks..
You mean the question you just pulled out of your ass and somehow attributed to me? None of my posts do so much as even imply what you said.

But to answer the question, I don’t even think this is permanent. This is a temporary measure until something can be established and these people are set out into society. What I find troubling is that all this vile energy is directed to the mayor, and by extension the democrats, when it is the red states putting these cities under intense pressure. It would logically follow that it is the actions of the republicans that are ultimately hurting the black community as they seek to circumvent the law in the first place.

Like I said, these people are legally following legal protocols, but that is impossible to follow through on when your day in court is hundreds of miles away. You put the onus on the mayor, but at what point do these villains bear any responsibility? If these precious resources are being diverted from the black community’s coffers to the immigrants, is it not by virtue of republican policy?
