They are still Black Americans, and are an issue our people need to deal with. You are not Black American, it is none of your business. It wouild be like me going over to your country and interjecting myself in an argument between your extended family members, calling oneside names and insulting them. Would you be fine with a Black American doing that in your home country? If you can understand that, then you know exactly what you are doing.
BTW I do not call myself FBA or ADOS. If you paid attention, you would have noticed that. I call myself Black American. Still, I recognize those designations still being Black American designations. They are still my people, my ethnicity, and so will still be defended from outsiders. You know, that old saying "I can insult my family members, but you a non-family member can not."
