Realistically this just takes one big ISP to say it won’t comply and this will go off the rails. Are they ALL in cahoots?

How you gonna ROFL with a hollow back?
This piece of shyt needs to have that Reese's pieces mug shoved up his ass
No, he needs cancer, mixed with full blown atl flu, topped up with kidney stones. I know a lot of y’all are hesitant to go there, but I’m not, my wife just shattered her femur yesterday, am currently in hospital waiting for surgery, and then she will be in a rehab facility for the next 4 months. She already beat MDS, a stem cell transplant in which she has chronic graft vs host, renal liver failure due to allergic reaction to a steroid, and now this. She is salt of the earth, a truly good person, spent 20 Year’s as a nurse for sick and dying children, if all that fukking shyt can happen to the best people in the world, then why the fukk should these fukking fukkface scum shytbags get cancer and die fukking slow?

Yep and this is why corporate media is shyt.

But now that I think about it, I don't know if blaming the media is an excuse anymore. The internet is out there and if harnessed correctly, you can make stuff go viral easily. Its just that we have all these old toads in government who are probably used to how media usually operates before the explosion of social media and the internet in general and do not know how to use it effectively to get out there. This was evident during the election I think where it seems like the Right in this country have figured out how to use the internet effectively to get a collective message out. The left, is falling behind.

I'm just spit balling, but one idea is that every sitting senator and house member of the Democratic party (by the way this is assuming that this isn't negligence because they are corporate stooges) can record a video for youtube, facebook, and twitter saying how they are going to fight this, and at the same time construct legislation to fix this issue. That is just one idea off the top of my head. Trust it would get picked up by every political blog and several websites quickly and spread. It would build momentum.

I agree and disagree at the same time lol (just for the media part, they def play a big part with distracting people).

The big issue with net neutrality, is that even though everyone uses it, everyone (unless you're IT) has no idea how it works, and the relationships involved in it to provide internet service (content); the majority of people are just watching netflix/cat videos and facebook/twitter, they have no idea about ISP's and fast lanes. They're just looking at their monthly bill (I've had this convo with teens and middle aged folks).

You have to present this issue in a monetary way, explicitly (ie you're bill is going to go up $150) before folks get outraged unfortunately due to being uneducated on this.
