This wouldn’t work. As it stands consider the fact that men worldwide already make more money than women do. And women still aren’t playing ball. Remember, there are old ladies who court dire poverty in their old age as divorces and they STILL got divorced.I think you underestimate just how much a lot of women don’t want this stuff. Even tho men make more money on average than women do, women are still increasingly becoming homeowners. Which is crazy if u stop to think about it. Women are willing to downsize their lives, move in with other women, even spend less, just to have a sense of autonomy in their lives away from what they perceive traditional marriages to be like and the attitudes a lot of men display in these unions.
It will take more than government throwing a few dollars at them to make this more palatable. It’s going to take cultural paradigm shifts, economic changes, and a serious re-evaluation of previous conditions in marriage to make a young woman give up the things she is enjoying currently and accept the responsibility of that child crying in the middle of the night and being regarded as an inferior creature while still being expected to do that cook/clean/childcare and let him step out but say nothing cocktail. I mean, honestly, can you blame them? If you got better options, you take them. The chicks who think this way may want a relationship but not if it comes with the nonsense.
Believe it or not, a lot of men feel the same way.
