Fellas: You taking vitamins on a daily basis

I take a multivitamin, but I would like to learn other vitamins to supplement as well. I've seen a few people mention Fish Oil and Vitamin D, so I need to do some research on those.

Depends on my diet at the time. I'm vegan and my I vary my diet between green, beans and various non cac colored rices. Sometimes I take vitamins and other supplements if it's not provided in my diet. But most times I just take what mother earth gives me. :takedat:

Never felt better, stop really messing with the vitamins (except fish oil and vitamin D) and went with a green super food, expensive (relatively speaking, about a dollar a day) but better for me, black company but you can buy stuff like this in whole foods, they have other herbal mixes on the site but this is the most complete.

No, I don't think there's any point. I get all my nutrients from natural foods, and I think they're absorbed better by the body then from vitamins. Also, those synthetic vitamins you guys are taking, like centrum and what not? Yeah you're just pissing those right out. Your body doesn't absorb those synthetic vitamins worth a shyt, and that's why your piss is super yellow because it's coming right out. You need to get food based vitamins, if you feel like you need them.

Nope get my vitamins and minerals from food sources. Its easy to mess up your organs from vitamins especially if you are getting more than you need.

I alternate between days (stock is full), but...

multi, fish oil, garlic, calcium/mag/zinc combo, fiber supp., C, acidophilus, and toss in a basic aspirin

The rest is diet-based...:manny:
