I'm away for a day, and we've reduced the discussion about black feminism to a network tv show?

who is not recognizing black women as human beings, and what are black feminist currently doing to reclaim their humanity.I read this thread and I have came to the conclusion that a lot of these dudes suffer from what I call "white daddy issues". They associate black women rights to be themselves and speak for themselves as given privilege by white supremacy, hence the constant associating the two.
They either want the same type of privileges that they assume black women have or be in the position of power to choose and give these privileges. Kinda like brother and sister fighting over who's the favorite child and white supremacy being the parent.
But the issue is Black feminists know that theyre not the favorite and thats not what theyre fighting for. Theyre fighting just to recognized as human beings and not a tool for everyone to use. Its the men with this battery in their backs from internet gurus like tariq that result to show compassion and try to understand how these women feel. They wanna associate the bad ones just because it justify their own rage when they really need to do is ask questions and listen.
yeah the majority just show up in men/women, or general topic threads. off the top of my head I see
@MarsPunka , @Elle Driver , and probably one or two more I can't name but that's it![]()

I don't think anyone's real life actions should be gauged by where they post.
If BW cared about Black History or Black Current Events, it would have manifested itself in many ways.
I hang out in The Film Room. I teach and discuss black education, black feminism, black politics and general politics in my daily life, I really don't want to do it in my free time. I don't even know why I'm up in this thread. I don't think anyone's real life actions should be gauged by where they post. Especially since this site is a form of a escapism for many.
Black men are preserving history and black women aren't is that what you are telling me?I see how @Yup had nothing more to say once I proved how black men are actively working to preserve our history.![]()

Nice try, but you're not gonna try and guilt the females here. My passion for black issues manifests in real life, where it counts, not on some message board.
You make light of black women's insecurities (you ran that pony tail joke into the ground). shyt is not cool esp when you know it's the result of white supremacy, and for you to make light of that as a black male is pretty fukked up.I bash black women, are you serious?
Forums are a manifestation of your IRL interest.
Are most black men black conscious?shyt is sad and see through. Its why ANY woman I wife has to be Black conscious.
Is that so?Forums are a manifestation of your IRL interest.
