Women have to learn from men and teach them too. They have to provide and protect as well. Finding their happiness and living up to their potential contributes to society too.

Men and women don't both equally contribute to the above responsibilities on average. Typically men contribute more to those roles.

Secondary, most men don't care about women contributing to the majority of the above.

Still lies. Women participate in the workforce in just as much as men and are still PRIMARY contributors to households and childcare AND care for the elderly.
