Future's biggest issue is that two of the biggest songs he had on his own were on FBG the Movie. Karate Chop and Chosen One were mixtape cuts, UOENO was a Rocko song, the rest were features. Missed opportunities
Iggy's track is chatting higher than Gucci Gucci did. Don't be fooled just cuz rappers wanted to freestyle all over than beat.
And if Def Jam was buying records, you'd think they woulda bought more of them right? Let me guess you think they bought August Alsina's 62k as well too?
Then that's something you gotta deal with. By your logic the only popular artists are Katy Perry, Pharrell, Beyoncé and John Legend since they play those four artists' songs on a loop for a whole hour on the radioWhat Iggy track? I don't even know any song this bytch has out and I turn in to the kiss FM's and other pop stations all the time. Cats really in here defending this culture vulture. And no i wouldn't surprise me if they bought that nikkas album also. What song he got out thats hot?
He hasn't sold 135k since that first week.

That nikka better get his white fan base up cause like most nikkas I fukk with the boy but I ain't buying nobody album
I honestly never heard this bytch song on the radio. I said this in another thread but white bytches don't like rap like that and gays listen to nikki
nikkas brought out the calcs and charts for this one. nikkas whipping up profit margins and opportunity costs, and domestic growth of sales over mothafukkin rap albums

damn some of ya'll nyggas sound hurt
come on bruhs, I fukks with Future but I make no delusions regarding the type of rapper he actually is. he makes catchy singles that are good for the club/whip. but let's not front like he's some serious artist saying something important and making timeless music. in a couple years, the music he drops that has the clubs on smash will sound dated as fukk. that's just not the type of artist who sells a lot of albums these days with the rise of illegal downloads/ringtones/iTunes etc.
some of ya'll acting like his music really speaks to you and touches your soul or some shyt
you can clown J Cole/Kendrick/Drake for being boring/weird/soft, etc. but ultimately these dudes have crafted artistic identities strong enough to generate a steady fanbase who buys into what they're saying. they also know how to make albums not just a couple club bangers surrounded by filler
