Pac was a technician too, infact Pac was such a good technician his technique is overlooked cause it seems effortless. Pac was too good/effective in his OBJECTIVE that people miss the skill level.
Also in terms of myself, I'm judging Pac solely on music, if he had lived and made more dope music would have been even iller, but what he did put down was incredible.

I think there's quite a few better rhymers than Nas, Nas is dope though, he has a dope poetic style, a wordsmith, he's very solid and dope, but wouldn't say he's THE best lyricist. Someone like Big Pun impressed me more lyrically though Nas is dope in his own right. Even Rakim I'd pick over Nas strictly on that level, several others too but Nas overall is in the top 4 of all time to me.
