I'm looking forward to seeing how much our young guys progress this year since they'll actually get court time with Cojo, Patterson and Carroll gone

I don't think those guys will be missed as much as people think

they'll miss patty. you literally have no real backup 4. siakim isnt a good player..baka will be playing the 5 at times. so right now you got miles as your stretch 4 in small ball lineups and u gotta toss OG in there as the 4. patty i believe shot 37% from 3 in his career here and was a great defender he will be missed.

corey was a solid backup that oculd start and run the offense. delon cant run an offense..thats why lately they run FVV out there with him.

siakim never had a spot man. brings nothing to the table besides defense you cant get away with that in the NBA. you gotta pray OG can hit the outside shot at a decent clip and miles can play stretch 4

If theres any chance for improvement for the Raps this year, it'll have to come from Norm having a breakout season. Both ways thats very good value in the new CBA world.

huh the raptors pretty much reached their ceiling. whats the improvement? passing the cavs and i doubt norm powell helps in that aspect. this already a 50 win yera to year you're gonna need a 3rd star to beat lebron

patterson was horrible last year but the good thing was that he defended at least

corey reached his pinnacle if corey was making like 3-4 mill a year he'd still be a raptor but for his big bloated corey koskie cdn contract he was shipped out.

i dunno how yall blame casey for powells sporadic Pt last season.

they traded ross and gave him ross's role and he dropped the ball man. he shot pretty bad all year and was mad inconsistent. Carrol for all the flack he gets can guard sfs/pfs better than powell. mckinnie looks terrible by the way.

Powell is not guarding any 4s. McKinnie is the 15th man, he can sort of hit the 3 and he's active on the glass. No one expects him to be anything more.

Siakam is slated to be the backup 4 this year. That's their hope for him this year.
