So nice to see us win games without 31 year old Lowry putting it all on the line against every team. It was hard to watch this short guy just drag the team to wins playing 40 minutes against random teams the last couple of years. Knowing that he won’t be exhausted for the playoffs makes me feel a whole lot better.

His defence is so much better he’s actually using his length and athleticism to recover on shooters now. Before he’d lazily close out and give up open shots all game. His playmaking makes the old double teaming strategy against him impossible. He just jumps up and finds the open man immediately. That was the reason why his game took such a dive in the offs.
