Try a job agency. When I was unemployed the welfare people put me in a resume workshop. Pretty much had an agent edit what I had and make it all presentable. They should have a similar program across the pond

yeah im gonna try and go register with some more job agencies. cus my current one doesnt have shyt at the moment. they have some factory work but i need a car to get there cus its far away.

I forget the difference but I think CV is more indepth, narrative-based way to describe your resume, where a resume is where you're straight up writing just what you've done without the prose describing things chronologically.
