I actually like that he's not relying on features (which is really just an algorithm hack to end up on as many playlists as possible) there's Pockets on verses that he steps up lyrically and shows that he can rap rap,but then he goes back to generic bars about fukking on yo bytch. He really needs a Pharrell or Kanye produced album someone that will push him. He could actually be Drake or J Cole level if he stopped half assing

Urban radio is not how you measure relevance. You hear more R&B because only UNCs and Aunties are listening to radio in 2026

My mom might like 12 rap songs at the most and can't tell what rappers are saying but that DaBaby feature on Levitating? She knows every word lol. Perfect pop rap feature.
