Any tips for tall slim brehs who work 10hrs 6 days ?
if I don’t get any info here I might make a thread but yeah I need some ideas to get into it again.
What kind of work do you do?
If it’s physical then obviously you must not be working hard enough at work if you not in shape
If non physical & you only work 10hrs seems like there’s at least an 1hr minimum to exercise
