I've been in Miami for a few days and they have the most beautiful women I've seen anywhere. Nothing but latin broads with phat asses and flawless faces. shyt has me and I live in Atlanta. I'm born and raised in brevard...what was said about my county is true...jobs suck, it's boring. It's a lot of fukk nikkas in the street...but the location is ideal...it's a big suburb county with Orlando an hr away...Miami Jacksonville Tampa all pretty much equal distances away (Tampa a lil closer)

But brevard is a decent hub...a lot of money changes hands here, it doesn't really stay here, but it's here

Its a very average part of fl...we have all aspects of the entire state in one area

A lot of crabs in the bucket tho...nikkas dnt really wanna see each other make moves, and instead of using it as motivation they hate...I would always have a home here regardless if I move to another area...houses are cheap especially in Palm Bay...they built up so many houses and neighborhoods during that real estate boom in the early 2000s, and so many ppl lost homes after it fell so there are homes less than 10 yrs old going for like 700 a month if u renting

you were spot on on your cons

pros

1. REnt is not Cheap, a condo in downtown Miami is about 300K for 800 sqft place. It's less expensive than New York, but you also don't get paid NY money and there's horrible public transportation. you won't find a decent spot less than $250 in Miami. Rent will run you at least 1,400

2. Roads - there aren't enough. Aventura is horrible driving wise, anything south of that during rush hour is horrible. Again not as bad a NY or LA.

4. Parking - everything is now paid parking. THere's no public parking, everywhere charges now, and even bummy places have valets now (wynwood).


The cons really kill Miami - the women kill it too, you can't find a decent chic because everyone fukkin guy is willing to spend money on average chics. I had average chics on muthafukkas yachts thinking they high class and shyt. If you 're in a club and not poppin bottles you aren't getting play.

You're right. My post was mainly aimed towards Broward. Miami is overrated in my opinion. Broward is underrated. Life is relaxing in Broward.

Real talk about this in Miami. That shyt is damn near overrun in Spanish influence. In Orlando, it's not so bad, it's "favored" that you are bilingual. I mean, enough to consider learning that shyt but Miami feels like a requirement.
