:mjlol::mjlol::mjlol::mjlol: Bron fans with the excuses these the same nikkas who try to clown Kobe cuz he lost in the first round twice as a 7th seed with Smush and Kwame

All of Kobe's teammates played better and thrived with him, where as Bron's teammates get marginalized as spot up shooters. Kobe would've had Kevin Love averaging 20-25ppg out here :blessed:

THIS IS HILARIOUS TO ME

GEORGE HILL > DEREK FISHER
JORDAN CLARKSON > SHANNON BROWN
JR SMITH = OLD ARTEST
JEFF GREEN < LAMAR ODOM
JOSE CALDERON > SASHA VUJACIC
RODNEY HOOD > LUKE WALTON
KYLE KORVER > JOSH POWEL
KEVIN LOVE = PAU GASOL
TRISTAN THOMPSON = HOBBLED BYNUM

G.Hill has missed half of this series...Fisher > Hill
R.Artist avg 17/5/3 the season before joining the Lakers.and was still an elite level defender...Artest > Smith
J.Calderon shouldn't even be in the league...Vujacic > Calderon
Love isn't in the same league as Gasol...Gasol can post up,draw double teams, and defend the rim.Gasol > Love
A Hobbled Bynum was more effective than TT...Bynum could post up,draw double teams and provide rim protection...Bynum > TT
Odom > Green...Agreed.
Korver > Powell...Agreed.

I agree with you on Hood/Clarkson > Walton/Brown.But here's the problem...Brown/Walton were the 7th/9th options on the Lakers. The Cavs need Hood/Clarkson to be the 3rd/4th options...Hood/Clarkson have very little playoff experience...Hood battled multiple injuries late in the season.

Bonus:The Lakers had J.Farmar coming off the bench.

Also, this Cavs team havn't played that many games together. Most of the players on the 2009/10 Lakers team were seasoned Vets who had years of playoff experience.

Making your teammates better is nothing more than getting them easy opportunities in areas on the floor where they're most effective; nothing more. Guys like Magic, Kidd, Pippen turned players like Byron Scott, Kenyon Martin, Horace Grant & BJ Armstrong into all-stars/all-star caliber players doing just that.

Bron Bron's stans swear he's the GOAT and the best at making his teammates better, "he can carry any little ol' team to the Finals," blah, blah, blah. So expecting him to make a 26 &12 player like K. Love better, or to not force a 31% three-point shooter like Jeff Green to primarily take corner threes shouldn't be too much to ask.
26 and 12?
If Love was dropping 16 and 8 on 42% shooting this series would be over.:francis:

I agree that Lebron doesn't have much help at all. BUT my only issue is that bullshyt narrative that's been pushed for year's that Lebron automatically makes any championship team a contender and if you put him on the worst team in the league they are a contender. Every player no matter how great needs help and it's ridiculous to marginalize those players just to hype up the star.

I do think the Cavs need to play faster though. They have a lot of players would are better going up and down like Nance, Clarkson, Green, Hood, and Love just because they wouldn't have to play against a set defense. I think Lebron playing the pace game so he can play more minutes is hurting the offense overall. When they were looking great after the trade they were flying up and down the court and taking advantage of their younger players athleticism. They're not good enough to thrive in a slow down game.

No one says he makes any team a contender, but he could get most if not all lottery teams to the playoffs.

His diva ass shouldn't have ran Kyrie out of Cleveland. He had help he just didn't appreciate it. I personally don't think he's maximizing the potential of the help he has now.

How bout Bron stop holding the ball for 22 seconds of the shot clock and then dumping it off to the "help" once he realizes he can't get a good shot. I've seen a lot of that this series where he's not setting these guys up for good shots at all. Bron protects his fg% and turnover ratio by setting guys up to take rushed/contested shots because he wastes every last second of that shot clock until he's sure he can't score himself.

See that controversial turnover he had at the end of game 5 where it should've been off the pacers. He chewed that shot clock almost to zero and then tried to pass out of it at the last second before he turned the ball over. Whoever would've caught that pass it would've been a rushed shot.

Kobe got worked by a cac and ran crying to management for a trade to Chicago the same year Lebron was beating the defending eastern conference champ and 2 time nba finalist pistons with Boobie Gibson. Stop it.

You missed my point.
The point is Love averaged 17 and 9 on 45% shooting in the regular season.
He's averaging 11 and 10 on 32% shooting in the playoffs. He played with LeBron all year when he was producing right?

Cleveland's role players are getting plenty of opportunities and wide open shots. What is Lebron supposed to do?...Put the ball in the basket for them?

How many wide open looks have Love/Smith missed?...Is it Lebron's fault that Clarkson doesn't pass the ball to the open man?..Is it Lebron's fault that Lue's playing a small lineup.Lebron doesn't even like playing PF.

He hardly looks like he belongs in the league this series. He was averaging 11.8 points on 32.8% shooting this series before tonight and managed to make those averages worse.

Kevin Love this series:
Game 1: 9 points on 3-8 shooting, 17 rebounds, 2 assists, 1 steal, 1 block, 2 turnovers, 3 fouls

Game 2: 15 points on 5-16 shooting, 8 rebounds, 0 assists, 0 steals, 0 blocks, 3 turnovers, 1 foul

Game 3: 19 points on 7-13 shooting, 6 rebounds, 1 assist, 1 steal, 0 blocks, 4 turnovers, 4 fouls

Game 4: 5 points on 2-10 shooting, 11 rebounds, 1 assist, 2 steals, 1 block, 2 turnovers, 3 fouls

Game 5: 11 points on 2-11 shooting, 10 rebounds, 1 assist, 0 steals, 0 blocks, 2 turnovers, 2 fouls

Game 6: 7 points on 3-10 shooting, 7 rebounds, 0 assists, 0 steals, 0 blocks, 2 turnovers, 1 foul
Thats what happens when you play bron ball. Dude should be getting WAY more post touches, especially with his shot off

Have you seen the cavs roster ?

Their second best player this series is a 37 year old who’s never been much of a defender, playmaker, or ball handler that’s averaging basically 9 points, 3 rebounds, and 1 assist. Aside from LeBron the rest of the team is averaging about 60 points, 28 rebounds, and 8 assists on 40% shooting from the field and 31% from distance. Who exactly do you expect them to beat when the rest of the team is playing that badly?

They have good players. They have enough to beat the rest of the teams in the east.
Hood, Clarkson, Green, Love, Bron are all capable 15-30 ppg scorers. Korver and JR are streaky. If LeBron played off the ball more he would have the energy to play defense. He doesn’t move the ball unless the assist is there. I don’t even consider him a stat padder, I think he has such a lack of trust with anybody else being able to set another person up to score, that he bogs down the offense. These dudes rotate and rotate while he holds the ball in the air at the elbow in the high post. 8 seconds later he shoots a pass through for an assist. The end result is a basket but that possession could have given a touch to 3 or 4 other players. Lue is atrocious, not playing Zizic while Sabonis is torching them.

Why aren’t there more pnr’s for Clarkson? He clearly has issues with shot selection and handles.
Why doesn’t Green slash more, he still has elite athleticism. It’s rare that Bron throws him an oop.
Calderon and Namce pnr would work like the Delly Thompson pnr of yesteryear.

Why are we the only ones that can figure this out?

With that being said, Sunday isn’t the time to tinker. Need 30+ fga from LeBron if the teammates aren’t hitting shots in the first 4 minutes. It’s winning time.

Bron Is just a bigger Westbrook :sas1:

Rodney came to the Cavs averaging 17. Clarkson 15. And let’s not act like KLove wasn’t a rebounding machine and a beast during his time with the wolves. Does Lebron teammates suck or does Bron ball make players worse :sas2:
