who says he is the one pushing it back? trial dates are set based on his lawyer's availability, the DA's availability and the court's availability.

if his lawyer says they want the trial in june, but the court has no available dates/judges, then the trial won't be set in june.

His lawyers attempt to get the charges dismissed in December was not upheld by the judge.

It’s the People vs Him..

He’s the reason the trial has been pushed back for the last couple of years.
