man, I'm not living somewhere where my kids can't go outside. I'm good.

back of the yards don't even really have any black people.

speaking of roseland, part of it is nice. i'm talkin bout the area between state and king drive between 95th and 99th street.
That's why I said single man. If you have a family, both of those areas are no go's.

Plus in Chicago unless you work in a suburb, you don't really even need a car like that. Just as long as it's functional. Cause you're 100% going to get door dings from swinging doors and bumper creases from idiots trying to parallel park if you drive enough.

Why spend all that money on a whip when you could spend that on a vacation instead?
Call me an idiot but I'd rather be out there experiencing what the whole wide world has to offer, and widening my horizons rather than riding clean :yeshrug:

Driving a 2014 with 36k or so miles on it, Fell in love with that lil red bytch:mjcry:Her name is Chevy Cruze. Plan to keep it, probably try to pay it off inside of a year, then save for
a house in either the middle of nowhere, or something adjacent to a city so I can still find IT work.

Why the fukk would u buy a dodge neon? Clit on wheels

900 my nikka.... how old was u:dwillhuh:

Breh how was driving it? I was thinking of getting a 6th Gen also, probably like 2013. They're like 10-12k now...150/ month is manageable
I was 23 at the time. No bills & working as a mailman, so it wasn't a struggle. I honestly had fun with the car. But my gto I had before the Camaro was much faster and more fun to drive.

The craigslist where I'm at is full of stolen cars being sold by white trash scam artists.

You need a car if you've living in a place with limited or no public transpiration, and buying a cheap, but crappy used car will cost you a lot in maintenance. :yeshrug:

I concur with the article and most of the comments in this thread. However I will say, buying new is a blanket statement.

I had 94 Nissan sentra that got totaled in an accident. I had a 99 honda accord that broke down and the cost to fix it were more than the car. My dad gave me his 2001 Toyota 4runner. The transmission blew out on me on the 95, at rush hour. How I was able to get that shyt off the highway and out of traffic was a miracle. Buying new makes sense for those of us with crazy car histories.

Do you need to upgrade ever 2 to 3 years? No.

But buying smart is the key. I have a 2014 accord now. Cheap oil change. Parts easily changed. Great gas mileage. But I can't wait to pay off this 369 car note.

However you only live once so why not drive some fly shyt if you can afford it? shyt you need to have experiences in life and not just money. You just have to do it smart.

If you really got it... go for it.... but if its a slight strain, then why do it.....? And what does that nice car really bring you that actually boosts your self esteem...... if you pulled a bad bytch with that car, I can show you someone in a 2003 Taurus with a fukked up passenger door that pulled the same chick
