its a non-factor. the issue is child visitation, she says this happened before Knight was even born, and he's been sharing custody for near 10 years without any complaints other than child support and visitation schedule. its a non-factor

Character evaluations are used to evaluate these cases as well. I’ve seen messy ones

right but it needs to be recent. a judge aint gonna do shyt about her complaining of 10 year old behavior. even if it was 2 year old behavior the judge has to determine whether it currently effects the best interest of the kid. for example, you will see children services come and take a kid from a parent and give them a plan to get it together. after 60 days or so they will see if they corrected the issue and if so reinstate that parents rights.

like i said she has raised no concerns about it in 10 years and the court has been involved the whole time. its a non factor. but even if it was, she implicates herself in the same behavior. its not the courts interest to rectify their past toxic relationship. the issue is the best interest of the child at this time.

To be fair Nas should acknowledge the situation.

-If he did it he should acknowledge it, apologize, make amends with Kelis, and use his platform to help with prevention of further cases.

-If he didn’t abuse her he should say so.

This leaving it in the dark is disrespectful to his female fans who ride for him.

I worry about you sometimes breh

Thing is Kelis said he apologize and more so and we saw they were civil at times post divorce

Ultimately people looking for him to apologize to us I guess?

Anybody saying Nas doesn’t need to publicly address the allegations are clouded by standom

Why should he address it publicly? He doesnt own the public a fukking thing.

It's a matter for the courts. If he did something wrong then there would be a motion to get the courts inlovled and they aren't. So it allegation and allegations without proof .:camby:
