Great pick up.

The only thing that is worrisome is the fact that NXT is filled with so much raw talent and the shows are only an hour long. How to book everyone correctly and relevantly, not everyone can be in the title picture :jbhmm:

Might be time for the NXT vets to start moving up to allow the fresh stars to cook and cut those who just aren't clicking ("the drifter", mojo R, etc)

Hella people shoulda instantly went to main show.

1. Samoa
2. Austin Aries
3. Finn
4. Sami Zayn
5. AJ Styles.
6. James Storm
7. Kevin Owens

These muthafukkers really don't want any other company to eat. I got a feeling they'll squander this somehow. There's way too much talent coming and let's not forget those on injured reserve. What becomes of them? We're not talking about random guys here Orton, Cena, Seth ain't just gonna move to the back of the line.

It's gonna be an interesting Spring/Summer on deck.

That's why they need to bring back the brand split. I'm hoping that it happens. When they had another separate house show on the same day as Raw last year, they might have been testing the waters. One can only hope.

Never saw this coming. Aries is great, but just didn't see room for him with all the new talent and rumored coming attractions. This would have been a huge surprise if it was live.

Good for Aries. He deserves the oportunity for steady pay and a larger audience. I don't have much hope for any of these guys when (or if) they get called up to the main roster though.

Angle explained in a recent interview with SI.com that he has no interest in talking with WWE right now. Angle will be a free agent at the end of this month. Here is what he said:

“As far as WWE, I’m not going to talk to them,” said Angle. “But I know my ability is just as good as it ever was. If WWE thinks I’m too old, or my body isn’t durable or that I have a problem with medication–which I obviously don’t, I’ve been clean and sober for two years and nine months–but the issue has nothing to do with my talent.

“There is a reason they passed on me last time. You’ve got to remember WWE is a publicly traded company, and they have people to answer to, and you have a person who was pretty reckless from 2008 to 2013. I got hit with four DUIs. That’s pretty irresponsible. You have to look at a company that is publicly traded, like WWE, and the reputation they have to uphold, so you really have to be careful who you hire. And TNA is the reason why I’m clean and sober, so I have to give them credit, too. They allowed me time off to go to rehab and get my life together. So it’s one of those things where I’m not going to expect anything. Is it possible I go back to WWE somewhere along the lines? Of course. I think I’ll end up in the Hall of Fame, but I just don’t know if WWE will ever want me to wrestle again. It’s up to them, and it’s up to me. I don’t know what I’m going to do. But if I do decide to do it, it would be nice. A lot of people would like to see it, so we’ll see what happens.”

You can read the entire interview here.

Angle was offered a new contract with TNA recently, so it's possible that he re-signs with the promotion as a non-wrestler

It's a great signing no matter how you look at it. Worst case scenario he can be a great coach in NXT, but really dude has a lot to offer yet. He's keeping his name too it seems :wow:

Man, D-Bry still can't get cleared with two of his best buddies getting signed recently :mjcry:

Austin Aries just generally looks wild date rapey in the face.

It is the dom Hemingway based look he made mainstream in wrasslin first.
Not sayin he is the first dom Hemingway looking guy.
Although, Austin is the guy who made the look a draw on cable directv channel aired tv show first.
In his second roh title reign,...
When he switched his style up, to the Jude law in dom Hemingway look.
Actually if you see dom Hemingway and ignore the opening scene of course.....
The first time I saw the movie was in the middle, and I discovered the bullshyt later on.
when I read a review of the movie, actually.
Which is why I know this movie is not given props and obscure.
Plus never mentioned in regards to trainspotting to snatch or lock stock.
shyt it isn't mentioned at all because of the first scene.
Anyway the character, has that look and you will figure out why.
If you ever watch it.
Fast forward it before on a direct skip.
then go back, a bit is my suggestion.
If you wanna see the basis for this character in the movie.
