I'm inclined to agree with you, but I'm holding out hope that they're loading up on talent because they're looking to tour. NXT operates at a loss, specifically because they aren't constantly on the road. If they start getting out more, I can see it becoming it's own thing with wrestlers going there as an end destination, rather than as a farm league. If Nakamura goes there rather than the main roster, something is up....

This is going to be worse, because the WWE making all of these moves is going to ruin every organization that's not affiliated with the them. People can neg me all they want for saying f#ck NXT and f#ck HHH, but I guarantee 3 or 4 years from now people are going to be looking back at this talent raid the WWE is currently doing as the beginning of the end for indy wrestling. People are going to be singing an entirely different tune when the WWE is the only game in town.


Dudes will be on here all day complaining about the WWE misusing talent, but then lose their minds when they make another talent acquisition that's going to be in the same position before long

The beginning of the end was a while ago imo. ROH and the Indies in general had a much bigger buzz in 05-08. When TNA prohibited their talent from doing Indies in like 06-07 was the beginning of the end.

WWEs roster is about to be stacked with talent, but the show will probably still suck 9 months of the year. They have a ton of talent now too, but they only do anything interesting with that talent a few months out of the year.

They can sign Lashley/Roode/Ec3 today too, but as long as they do 20 shows a month and just throw guys out there for 7 minutes with no reason to care the product from April to December will be 90% skippable

All this does is allow for new indy talents to flourish
Aries/joe/punk/bryan etc. Have been known indy big names since like 05 at the latest
Thats 11 years worth of these guys being huge between tns and minor feds not including guys who joined before 2016 like brysn low ki punk etc.

exactly how long were they supposed to be pushed as the top guys when they've been doing it for over 10 years on the indies?
These are money moves, nothing else more.

all WWE can do is give them an offer, its up to them to sign it. Is WWE not supposed to offer contracts? I mean a lot of y'all shyt on the guys they do sign that don't have much of a name to them, hell half y'all give the off of how they look alone.

Now don't get me wrong, i think a lot of one offs on NXT would be nice [like Liger and Kendrick did]
