I like Truth, but he brings nothing to the table for WWE.
As far as the ascension, somebody in booking clearly has an issue with them so i'd let em go. There match this week on NXT was better than anything they've done on the main roster
People have always said that AJ, Joe, Aries, Wolfe, Roode, and the cream of the crop of TNA talents belong in WWE. Nobody tryna see Magnus or Robbie E tho

Bo, Rose, Sandow, Darren, Otunga, Fandango, Alicia, and Ascension are still salvageable acts IMO or can serve as good undercard talent (not everyone can be CEOs you need a couple fry cooks at Mickey Ds) You release your whole undercard and you're just gonna force talented midcard workers into those positions
Truth is barely on TV so he can stick around on a legends deal or work backstage
Axel, Ryder, Matadores, and Swagger for sure deserve to thrive in better situations

I only remember reports from the sheets saying WWE doesn't want any TNA talent. Wrestling fans have always clamored for top TNA talent to come to WWE and even more so now with NXT, excluding the ignorant marks who just assume all TNA talent is second rate

At this point NXT probably has the longest streak in wrestling history of well-received "PPV's". They've been doing Takeovers for 2 years and they've all been either good or great.

Wrestling fans said AJ had no charisma, wouldn't be recognized in an airport. People said he was done as en elite in-ring guy before he left TNA.
Wrestling fans said Joe was too fat, lazy and old to cut it.
Wrestling fans laughed at TNA's decision to put Bobby Roode over Storm as champion and give him a lengthy title run. Also, "fake HHH."
Surely there's exceptions and NXT changes the dynamic a bit, but I've paid attention to all of those criticisms for years, only to see the conversation change recently. As it should have.
