lol youre an idiot. I'll give you Accordion and Gas Drawls...I'll replace beef rap with ?
But Doom is one dimensional

Doom dont got a Freddie Gordy or Andrea though.
He dont got a The hard
He dont got an Andrea
He dont got a Phone lit
Madlib shyt? He dont got an Uno or Real
Doom dont even got a fukkin "the Wave"

Doom is not fukkin with him on any levle

Opinions. We all got em. It’s all subjective and conjecture. I’ve been listening to Gibbs since his days with Pill (remember him) and seen him live since freshmen xxl days. Duke is NICE. But Doom came out and literally Re-invented the wheel for the underground. Without doom, we wouldn’t have a lot of acts. A lot. Plus doom is fukking crazy with the word play. His voice may take you out of it but dude be spitting. And we not gonna bring up the beats because that’s not fair to Fred.

Never ever checked for MF Doom, should I be?
He's an acquired taste. I think he's dope af, but also understand people when their reaction is :scust: too. He ill with the wordplay and his content is all over the place with some really unique concept songs and albums. That can also be a turnoff for some. He also got a really gruff voice and a unorthodox delivery but his flow always did the beat well, it's just not the approach you would expect. Madvillainy is probably the most user friendly album. If you wanna get into his production, which is dope too, then move on to Operation Doomsday and MMFood after that. Let me know what you think.

I'm a southern dude bruh I've listend to Doom forever and I'm like the only nikka I know besides a couple of other of my closest friends. He just isn't accessible for the average nikka who listens to rap.
TBH I still haven't met anybody that listens to him like that. I've played songs for some of my boys or just had it playing when nikkas came through as they'd ask about it, but don't know anybody that's a fan. His shyt definitely ain't for everybody.

depends what you look for in a rapper if you looking for unpredictable internal rhyming patterns
cryptic messages and fly over your head wordplay then Doom is better

If you're looking for fast flows street tales and smooth vibes Gibbs is the answer:yeshrug:
