She needs to look for a better career. A truck drivers schedule is horrible and you go weeks maybe even months without stepping foot in your home. Not to mention this woman has 5 kids? There's no way all of them are grown. She needs to be able to be around her kids. As you can see by the effort she has to put in to keep herself fresh on the road during her period, women are not cut out to be truck drivers.
