Dunn is only 6.3, without shoes and 180 pounds.
lol at you falling for those carni fabricated wrassler stats on his height and weight.

Like I said, he is to little.
If you can't ramp a much bigger guy with a j, the most hoops in the backcourt in the whole league.
Then you need to quit trying to draft and waste first round picks on pg's.
Which is exactly what Minnie ap did, again.
Plus before Wiggins, the wolves never showed any ability to develop wings or backcourt players.

Again this is a horrible pick for the wolves.
This is the wolves trying to build a bulls bench mob west thibs project.
when the wolves need to be their own identity.
Plus, the wolves have more talent in paper than the bench non bulls on the bench and starting roster as well. Outside of the pg position, and Rubio garbage ass.

You like wade but I never see you talembout dribble drive guys from his pedigree like Wes Matthews or butler like that, either.

Yeah I dont see the rush to trade Ricky. I don't know what you're getting back that makes the team better. It's not addition by subtraction if the guy who would supposedly be replacing him also is not a great shooter and has some injury concerns. Rubio will probably miss some games this year and Dunn is a great luxury to have. If Pek can't play, they gotta figure out a way to get him out of here or else we're gonna have 3 big men who barely play in Pek, KG and Payne.

I don't think there is a move to be made that makes the Wolves title contenders so I don't see the rush to start trading pieces on a team that seems to like playing together. Combined with a real coach with a real system and expectations, I'm thinking this is a playoff team with a couple moves through FA. If by the trade deadline the team isn't looking better, you can look at trading Rubio, Bazz, Lavine and Dieng again.

If, a player is under six foot four without shoes.
In theory and in general you can point to that player more than likely being ruled out.
as an above the rim finisher under duress in traffic.
Plus, lacking the size differential to generally create separation from a larger defender when making a scoring attempt.
That is why it is important

I think Butler eventually winds up in Minny.

Thibs ain't going to play Dunn anyway. He has a mandatory games played restriction with rookies.

I think Thibs can make it work and Dunn's ceiling is very high. Hield would have fit too but Dunn gives them that point guard that they need.

Defensively thibs and Dunn fit together from past experience with rose.
Yet, offensively Dunn is going to have to show supreme pedigree as a facilitator with thibs.
So, that is the bonus and upside with the dunn Pick.
If Dunn comes in and shows dominate pedigree over Rubio and also an upside as a scorer over Rubio.

I don't like this pick because it takes the wolves from a mismatch in paper at the one every night via size with Zack.
To a regular run of the mill thibs by bulls standard numbers squad.
When this squad has way higher and more draft pedigree and talent than the bulls under garpax/thibs had.

Rubio for Noah straight up
Bulls get a passjng pg to run with valentine and butler
Noah gets to be a big to come off the bench and help thibs again and hom snd kg become defensive motivation for that rosrer of pups

Dunn comes in playing defense like Gibson did.... Dunn is gonna get tick...

LaVine better make sure he commits on defense or he'll be disgruntled.

I know ya'll love Rubio but he makes absolutely no sense if you're keeping Dunn

Dunn/Lavine for Butler is a good trade for both teams ... Im surprised it didnt get done

Just like he played Jimmy after he showed he could play lockdown defense?
:comeon:

Rubio is also a good defender, so we'll see if Dunn gets that Jimmy behind Rubio treatment that we saw with Thibs here in Chicago.

I've heard the Bulls got cold feet as well. Probably thought the blow back from the fanbase and around the league would be too high to trade Rose 1 day and then Butler the next.

Doing this deal would have lessened the blow of losing the beloved Rose though IMO.

Yep - it would completely lessen the blow. Wouldnt be about the Bulls not wanting Rose, but about wanting a full rebuild, which I dont think people could blame them for wanting after what this team has been through since the ACL.

Im speaking on it in the Bulls thread now - I think Bulls fans would be pissed, but fukk em, I think around the league people would look fondly on a full rebuild. Nobody would give us shyt for starting over right now. We need too honestly
