If I had a Frys near me, I'd buy that package...Sell off both TitanFall( got it for PC ) Forza and the extra controller. That overall would push the package to about $400 or less and then let it sit until I see one of the exclusives that are coming out for it.

At this rate it will be on sale for $300 on Black Friday. If I bought a launch console I'd be pissed, but no one in their right mind should purchase this shyt now. The price/deals will only get better as times passes.
It's not looking good for Xbox at all I'm even contemplating just putting it in the closet.

I'll take Quantum Break over anything the PS4 has upcoming except Uncharted 4. The Last of Us is a PS3 game. I played and beat that game last summer its old news. Honestly the only announced PS4 exclusives I've got my eye on at this point are The Order and Uncharted 4.
Gears is nowhere near release and Project Spark?? The PC title??
Only games I'd look forward to is Halo for this year and that's still a rumor. The existing titles aren't appealing imo. I hate Dead rising and I don't really care for sim racers. KI is the only good title right now for XB1 imo.
I'd much rather take The Order:1886, DriveClub, Rime and TLOU remaster over that lineup you mentioned. At least this lineup has been seen.
When people are hyped up for exclusive old ports of last generation games coming out a year later that says something about your current lineup. When the Remastered Last of Us is in a bargain bin i'll but it for archive purposes to replace the PS3 version.
and aren't people hyped up about a possible halo 2 remake? does that say anything? I also noticed you ignored the other titles I mentioned such as rime and driveclub but you brought up forza and sunset overdrive.
the hype for the last of us remake is justified as that game is a certified classic and it was done a disservice running on the ps3. Those frame drops, shimmering and other performance related things make it a great option, plus there isn't a pc version of it that exists.
Also you're ignoring the people who jumped from 360 to ps4, and the ones who didn't play it yet. you're making blanket statements and then ignoring or making selective picks on to what you deem as worth checking out.

GTAV came out so of course everyone put time into that. a ton of people haven't touched the dlc since it dropped after the quad. all it says is that people want to see that greatness and play it on current gen. not like its halo 2... been out for years and been played to death....

extremely late? that game came out before the rush to trade in old systems for the new ones. pretty much anybody that wanted to play The Last of Us has played it. I haven't played the DLC on The Last of Us either and not really interested in paying full retail to get a game I beat last summer to play it either. The Last of Us is the same as Tomb Raider. they know that buyers are starving for games so they're porting recent console releases of less than a year ago to the new generation and people will double dip on the games.
