Lifting weights is overrated. Jews/Asians are some of flabbiest dudes and have some of the highest incomes. We need to get our priorities right
smh this for those who wanna get right health is wealth what good is being a millionaire when your bed ridden

I'm currently doing the 5x5, but these kind of topics always leave me :francis:. I started this past July

Some say X will work, others come in saying it doesn't, then arguments about diet and all this extra stuff on who more swole and shyt.

Long story short, everyone has different motives for the gym, so I need to know for anyone who did/does 3x5, 5x5 or w/e. Did you personally find the benefit rewarding after 6 months?

My intentions weren't to get really big or anything. I just wanted to tone back up to a similar physique back when I was 18 (after basic training). I added small amounts of cardio after my work-outs, alongside following the 5x5.

Diet is definitely important. Despite the terrible lighting you are pretty ripped.

As for myself, I began my own program and it's working so far. It's pretty intense. Lots of cardio though because I enjoy running.

Diet > everything

The routine really doesnt matter as long as you lift heavy. Compound movements are of course the most efficient way to work out your body. A 3 day a week full body routine for beginners or PPL for intermediate is all you need but once again diet is king.

I work out 6 days a week but after a while feel off eating well (had a stressful job at the time so did alot of stress binge eating), and i went from looking like a strong safety to looking like an offense tackle :mjcry:

What was your diet
